Customer, value proposition, and economic viability are the three words that are the most important for entrepreneurs, says Rajan Srikanth, PhD, Chairman and Managing Director, SmartKapital. A product of IIT Madras, Srikanth holds a PhD from the Stern School of Business, New York University. Here, he explains the three words of his choice:
- Customer – All business is about customer. You start and end with customer. Be crystal clear who your customer is.
- Value proposition – Why is the customer buying from you? Different customers buy for different reasons.
- Economic viability – Is it worth doing? It is not all about money. That is where social entrepreneurship comes in.
